LITTLE WHEELIES - CLASS PASS

Is your child a budding creative superstar?

Once your child has attended one of our Little Wheelies introduction to wheel throwing workshops and they are interested to further develop their skills creating with clay, we recommend our 6 Class Pass to further flex their creative muscle!

With our in-house expert, Potter Genie, each class will be a tailored learning module based on the student. Guided by Potter Genie, your child will develop the varying skills required to throw multiple types of vessels, how to trim vessels, under glazing techniques and even lessons in hand building depending on what they would like to learn.

Who can attend

Each class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students.

A maximum of 8 students can attend each weekly class.

Little Wheelies Class Passes are scheduled Wednesdays 4-5pm  Kids 8yrs +

Introduction is $49.00 per student - which is a must before a 6 Class Pass is purchased. You can book your child in to this workshop here.

A 6 Class Pass is $180.00 per student plus the cost of materials.

Clay, Glazing and Firing - Costs

There is a clay charge of $20 per student per 6 Class Pass.

Underglazing, gloss glazing and firing is charged at $14.00 per kilo before the work is taken home. If you have a budget to keep to or require a more detailed guide on costs, please discuss with Potter Genie.

Terms and Conditions - Class Pass

We are unable to provide you with a refund once you have purchased a 6 Class Pass for any reason.

In order to make this as affordable as possible, we allocate Wednesdays 4pm-5pm for Little Wheelies. If the class size increases, we may extend this to another day but at this stage the 6 Class Pass is for Wednesdays 4pm-5pm only.

If you would like to organise a private 6 Class Pass tuition for another day please let us know. Prices will reflect private tuition.

We recommend attending 6 classes over 6 weeks where possible.

A 6 Class Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. If you do not use all classes and the 3 months expires, any remaining classes will be forfeited.

If you are scheduled into a Little Wheelies Wednesday and we have allocated a spot for you, you will need to provide us with at least 5 days notice if you cannot attend as we will need to open the spot up for another student. If you do not provide notification with at least 5 days notice, you will need to pay for the class.

If you are unable or forget to attend, or to transfer the booking to another person, the booking at that stage is non refundable and non-transferrable.

Pottery Workshops

In the event that your ceramic ware cracks during the final firing process, we will discuss with you what the options are such as repair and what that will entail. As we take great care in the overall production process, we hope this will not occur, however it’s important we let you know that this may occur. As there are many variables in pottery as to why this may occur, please be aware that Hypmotive nor the ceramic artist is responsible for the breakage and as such will be unable to provide any compensation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your workshop booking we are unable to provide a refund however you are able to transfer the booking to someone else.
