Hypmotive hub In Store Returns Policy

Please choose carefully if you are purchasing for yourself or for a gift as we do not refund for a change of mind.

For purchases made in store at Hypmotive hub, please visit us to return within 10 days of purchase and our staff will assist you and assess the reason of the return, and the item, to determine whether an exchange or in store credit will be offered in accordance with this policy. Any returned items must be returned to us with proof of purchase and in a saleable condition. 

We will accept returns and provide you with an exchange or in store credit voucher or refund if applicable (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where the item is faulty.   

For a refund request, please contact us at hello@hypmotive.com with your receipt number and reason for the return and refund request within 5 days of purchasing the item and we will be in contact with you.  

We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

CHRISTMAS 2019 GIFTING

Gifting a ring or clothing item for Christmas?

Just in case the size you choose to gift is not quite right, we are extending our size exchange lead time up until the 24th of January 2020 for in store purchases made in December. Exchanges are offered within the same brand on the styles, designs and sizes available in store. There is no refund or exchange for change of mind. Any returned items must be returned to us with proof of purchase and in a saleable condition.

Proof of Purchase

Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by the original register receipt.

Privacy

You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return such as your full name and contact details. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. Please know that we respect your privacy and you can read our privacy policy online here.
