How to Rappel
DULWICH HILL, NSW | How to Rappel, Glass tile artwork miniature set of 3
Inspired by a vintage instructional drawing in an encyclopedia, this series captures a quiet cliff-side moment.
With nothing but a natty red rope and some sturdy boots for protection, a man effortlessly rappels his way down a rock face. No stress, no drama, no friend to belay at the base… just the calm confidence of the instructor.
This is a set of three artworks. They are backed with chocolate wrapper foil encased in upcycled glass and framed with copper tape.
Stand them on a shelf or stick them on the wall at eye height.
The artwork is 8cm x 8cm x 0.5cm.
Our artworks are handmade to order, in limited editions. As a handmade item, they are individual and unique, and may differ just slightly from the example in the photograph. Please note, the copper frame will tarnish with age. If you want to bring back its coppery shine, simply use a polish recommended for copper.
