Meet our family of doggos, Angus, Bowie and Juno.
Angus is the “king” of the our wolf pack. He is a 9yr old Aussie bulldog mix who is a true gentleman and an old soul. He loves people of all ages and is very gentle with kids.
Juno, is the “queen” of our wolf pack and our art on paws lead pooch. She is a 7yr old pug x cavalier mix who is as beautiful as she is fun! She loves people of all ages and is very gentle with kids.
Bowie, our puppy and “prince” of our wolf pack. Bowie is a 2 year old American bulldog mix with a goofball personality and energy to match. He loves to play and loves to experience anything new. He loves people of all ages and can get very excited around anyone, nothing we can’t handle!
This unique experience is a great idea for the dog lover in your life!

Alternatively, we can arrange delivery via Australia Post (Australia Post fees and charges will apply) for anything you would like to purchase from Hypmotive hub.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE.
There is no refund or exchange for change of mind. Store refunds & exchange policy will apply.
If Hypmotive hub requires to cancel delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be able to collect the item from store. If you are unable to connect the item from store, you will be provided with a full refund or store credit (your choice).
If you are not home at the time of delivery, Hypmotive will return the item back to Hypmotive hub 155 Marrickville Road, Marrickville. We can arrange a new delivery time slot whereby you will be charged an additional delivery fee of $15 inc. GST.
If you are not home at the time of delivery and have notified for Hypmotive to leave your order you agree that Hypmotive holds no liability for the items once it has been delivered to the nominated address.
FAQs
Can I choose the doggo who delivers to my door?
If you would like to request one of the doggos to deliver to your door, whether that be Angus, Juno or Bowie, we will have to check in with them if they are able to deliver on that day. If they are available and it is suitable, then yes, absolutely. If however, they aren’t available one of the other doggos will take their place.
I have young kids at home, are your doggos ok with kids?
Yes! All of our dogs are very friendly dogs. However what we would recommend if you have kids is for Angus or Juno to be the dogs to deliver to your door as Bowie is 2 yrs old and still has his training wheels on.
I have doggos at home, would it still be ok for me to organise art on paws delivery?
Yes – pending on your dogs personality and behaviour when people (and dogs) come to your front door. We do not want to cause any stress to your dog or to our dogs. In most cases it might be best to pop a collar and a lead on your dog before opening up the door to your delivery, if that is not possible, to pop your dog into a room while you take your delivery.
I can see your delivery window is on a Tuesday, that doesn’t work for me! Can you deliver on another day?
We might be able to arrange this, so please email us hello@hypmotive.com with a day/time that would be best suitable and we will take it from there!
Are your doggos desexed and up to date with their medications?
Yes, all of our dogs are desexed and up to date with all required medications.
Can I pet your doggo upon delivery?
***In normal circumstances, we would say absolutely yes! However with COVID-19 this will not be allowed until further notice***
When this is allowed, please ensure you approach our dogs with good etiquette when first meeting them.
Rather then pet them on the head straight away, you can start by petting them on their shoulders or back gently. Then once you are both comfortable, a back scratch is always welcome 🙂

Returns and exchanges
Please choose carefully if you are purchasing for yourself or for a gift as we do not refund or exchange for a change of mind.
We will accept returns and provide you with an exchange or credit voucher or refund if applicable (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where the item is faulty.
For a refund request, please contact us at orders@hypmotive.com with your receipt number and reason for the return and refund request within 21 days of purchasing the item and we will be in contact with you.
Cancellations
