Some items may be shipped direct from the artist/designer/maker to you.

Due to this, lead times may vary depending on where the creator is located and whether items need to be made to order. 

In most cases, standard Australia Post shipping lead times will apply.

How long does delivery take?
AusPost Regular Mail order placed before 9am – 4-5 business days*
*next day delivery is not guaranteed during sale periods or other such busy times.

 

Can I track my item?

Yes, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.

Returns and exchanges

Please choose carefully if you are purchasing for yourself or for a gift as we do not refund or exchange for a change of mind.

We will accept returns and provide you with an exchange or credit voucher or refund if applicable (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where the item is faulty.

For a refund request, please contact us at hello@hypmotive.com with your receipt number and reason for the return and refund request within 21 days of purchasing the item and we will be in contact with you.

Cancellations

Once the order is placed and full payment is made, we do not accept cancellations.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
