  2. Information on the Introduction To Wheel Thrown Pottery for FOUR and how to enter this giveaway form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
  3. Competition entries open on Wednesday 22nd June 2022 and entries close Monday 11th July 11pm at 11pm Entry link here
  4. To be eligible, the entrants are required to enter the promotion by Monday 11th July 2022 11pm. 
  5. By entering the competition, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
  6. Competition entry is open to Sydney residents, over the age of 16 years; excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter’s.
  7. The Workshop giveaway is an Introduction to Wheel Thrown Pottery Workshop for FOUR students. 

Total Workshop is valued at RRP $338.00. Workshop giveaway value is correct at time of publishing and are subject to change.

  1. Workshop redemption rules:    
  2. a)    Hypmotive Introduction to Wheel Thrown Pottery for FOUR giveaway: The workshop is one (1) Introduction to Wheel Thrown Pottery for FOUR valid until 31 October 2022. The Workshop giveaway cannot be used in conjunction with any other workshop, offer or pricing discount. The Workshop giveaway is non-transferable, substitutable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (including any unused portion).
  3. d) The Workshop Giveaway will be available to book in on available dates at Hypmotive. Once you have booked the workshop in, Hypmotive’s standard workshop terms and conditions apply.
  4. No element of the Total Workshop Giveaway is transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  5. If any element of the Workshop Giveaway become unavailable, then the workshop giveaway provider has the right to exchange it for something of similar value.
  6. The winning entry will be announced by Friday 15th July 2022 6pm.
  7. The Workshop Giveaway winner will be contacted by the Promoter via email within 24 hours of the winning entry selection. If the workshop giveaway is unclaimed by the gift package winner by Wednesday 13th July 6pm, the workshop giveaway will be transferred to another Winner.
  8. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to the winner selection. The decision is final and binding.
  9. Workshop Giveaway winner’s entry, name, business name and postcode may be used for marketing purposes and entrants agree to this use without compensation.
  10. Gift package redemption is via the contact details outlined by each provider and is to be directly booked with each Hypmotive. 
  11. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage which is suffered in connection with the Workshop Giveaway (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss).
  12. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any technical issues that would cause an entry not to be received by the Promoter and takes no responsibility for any error or omission of entries.
  13. As part of Entry, email address’ will be received and each entrant will be automatically subscribed to each Promoter’s email database. Each entrant can unsubscribe to any emails when received at any time.

  15. Entries become the property of the Promoter’s and the Promoter’s are the owner of all copyright and intellectual property of entry responses.
